Bulgaria is preparing legislative changes that would allow it to take control of the Burgas refinery owned by Russian oil giant Lukoil and sell it to another owner.
Axar.az reports, citing Reuters.
It was reported that the draft law would allow a specially appointed manager to oversee the sale of the refinery, and its owner, Lukoil, would not have the right to vote or object to the decision.
