Lithuania protests Russia over damage Azerbaijani Embassy

Lithuania has sent a new note of protest to Moscow, drawing special attention to the serious damage caused by Russia to the Azerbaijani embassy in Kyiv on November 14.

Axar.az reports that the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry made this statement.

Vilnius called the incident a gross violation of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.

Lithuania also strongly condemned Russia's recent attacks on Ukraine:

"More than ten civilians were killed and dozens were injured in Kyiv and the capital region, as well as in Kharkiv, Odessa, Sumy, and other cities. Residential buildings, apartment buildings, a hospital, energy facilities, and other infrastructure facilities were damaged."
