Russia prioritizes strategic partnership with CIS countries

One of Russia’s key foreign-policy priorities is to deepen strategic partnership and allied relations with the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in various formats.

Axar.az informs Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated this during a government hour session at the Federation Council.

“Among our priorities is strengthening strategic partnership and allied ties with our neighbors — the CIS member states — across multiple formats,” the minister stressed.
