On the night of December 20–21, a fire broke out at a Russian military airfield near Lipetsk, destroying two Russian fighter jets — a Su-30 and a Su-27, Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence (HUR) reported.

Axar.az informs according to HUR, the operation was carried out directly by a representative of the resistance movement against the Russian regime, resulting in both aircraft being disabled.

The combined estimated value of the two jets, used by Russia in its war against Ukraine, may reach up to $100 million.

It should be noted that previously, two Su-27 fighters were destroyed at the Belbek airfield.
