Russia claims drone attack on Putin's residence

Ukraine attacked Putin's residence in the Novgorod region with 91 drones on the night of December 29.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

According to him, air defense forces destroyed all the drones that attacked the residence.

The minister added that Russia has determined the targets for retaliatory strikes and the timing of their implementation.

Lavrov also stressed that Russia's position in the negotiations will be reviewed in this regard.

Lavrov said that Russia's position in the negotiations will be reviewed.

Ukrainian President Zelensky called this statement a lie. He added that Russia wants to undermine progress in the peace talks and is preparing the ground for an attack on government buildings in Kyiv.
