Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced that it carried out an attack on the U.S. Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait as part of its “Nasr-2” and “Punishment of the Aggressor” operations.

Axar.az reports, citing the IRGC’s Telegram channel, that the force said the strike targeted the U.S. air base in Ali Al Salem.

The IRGC claimed that the attack destroyed two drone hangars and a fuel storage tank used for aircraft and military helicopters.

Earlier, Kuwait’s Ministry of Defense said that the Iranian military had targeted a building belonging to a Chinese company, resulting in one person being killed.
