The document states that after the ceasefire regime comes into force in Ukraine, a system of security guarantees will be launched.

The ceasefire will be monitored under the leadership of the United States, military assistance to Ukraine will continue, a multilateral international coalition will be created, etc.

In the event of a Russian attack during the ceasefire period, an urgent special commission will be created to determine response measures.
