Erdogan highlights aggressive fight over energy and trade

Everyone is closely watching the serious threats facing the world and the region.

Axar.az informs Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said this at the AK Party parliamentary group meeting in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).

“The global economy is rapidly being pulled into a new conflict centered on precious metals, one that is expected to be extremely painful. A new and highly aggressive struggle for control over energy resources and trade routes is clearly emerging. The Western world is steadily losing the arguments it has long used to pressure and threaten other countries. We are in the middle of a ruthless power struggle in which those not seated at the table end up on the menu. The team capable of steering Turkiye safely through this increasingly intense global storm is clear: the AK Party and the People’s Alliance,” he stated.
