On January 9, the weather in Baku is expected to be dry, while some regions may see snowfall.

Axar.az informs according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, the sky in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula will be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast, but generally dry. Some areas may experience fog during the night and morning. A mild southwest wind will occasionally strengthen, switching to a mild northwest wind by the evening.

Temperatures will range from 3–6°C at night to 10–15°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will drop from 759 mmHg to 750 mmHg. Relative humidity will be 80–90% at night and 60–70% during the day.

In other regions of Azerbaijan, precipitation is expected in some areas starting from the mountainous regions in the morning, with snow in the mountains. Night and evening precipitation may intensify in certain areas. Some places may experience occasional fog. A west wind will occasionally strengthen during the day.

Temperatures in the regions will range from -1°C to 4°C at night and 11–16°C during the day. In the mountains, nighttime temperatures will range from 0–5°C, and daytime temperatures will be 7–12°C.
