Araghchi barred from UN Human Rights council speech

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi’s speech at the UN Human Rights Council meeting scheduled for February 23 has been canceled.

Axar.az reports that this information was shared by Hillel Neuer, the Executive Director of United Nations Watch and international human rights lawyer.

"Iran Regime Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi is now REMOVED from speakers list of U.N. Human Rights Council opening on Feb. 23. This follows our 100,000 signatures demanding to disinvite the murderer, and calling on Swiss police to arrest him for crimes against humanity," he wrote on X.
