Putin offered Russia’s help before Middle East crisis

Russian President Vladimir Putin offered Russia’s help to resolve disagreements even before the situation in the Middle East escalated, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov told journalists.

Axar.az informs “From the very beginning of this crisis, before the fighting started, President Putin proposed various ways for our mediation and services that could help ease tensions,” he said.

However, Peskov stressed that Putin cannot yet be considered a mediator in the situation. “This requires multiple understandings and agreements. So we just need to be a little patient,” the press secretary added.
