Pete Hegseth says Iran supreme leader likely disfigured

US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said that Iran's new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is "wounded" and "likely disfigured".

Axar.az informs, citing BBC, referring a written statement from Mojtaba's read aloud on Iranian state TV yesterday, Hegseth questions why there was no footage or audio of Motjaba.

"I think you know why," he added.

The defence secretary noted Motjaba is "scared" and "injured", claiming he is "on the run" and "lacks legitimacy".
