Trump denies reports of destroyed tanker planes

US President Donald J. Trump has denied media reports claiming that five tanker aircraft were destroyed at a military base in Saudi Arabia.

Axar.az informs Trump said the base had been hit a few days earlier but insisted the planes were neither struck nor destroyed.

According to him, four of the aircraft sustained almost no damage and have already returned to service, while one suffered slightly more damage but is expected to resume flights soon.

Trump also sharply criticized several U.S. media outlets, including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, accusing them of publishing misleading headlines and misrepresenting the facts about the incident.

"The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal (in particular), and other Lowlife “Papers” and Media actually want us to lose the War. Their terrible reporting is the exact opposite of the actual facts! They are truly sick and demented people that have no idea the damage they cause the United States of America" he wrote on X.
