Zelensky: Europe cannot match Russia without allies

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that for Europe’s real security, it needs Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Turkiye.

Axar.az reports Zelensky stated that if one assumes a scenario in which the United States leaves NATO, Europe’s security would depend solely on the capabilities of the European Union, which in its current form would not be sufficient.

“I believe the European Union is in a situation where it needs additional countries. The United Kingdom, Ukraine, Turkiye, and Norway. These are four strong countries that are part of Europe. Together, the armies of the United Kingdom, Ukraine, and Turkiye are stronger than the Russian army. Without Ukraine and Turkiye, Europe cannot be compared to Russia. With these four countries, it is possible to control the seas, secure the skies, and have the largest land forces,” he said.
