Von der Leyen: Terror against civilians is despair

Russia’s massive attack on Ukraine last night shows the Kremlin’s brutality and disregard for both human life and peace negotiations.

Axar.az informs that this was told by President of the EU Commission Ursula von der Leyen on her X account.

"Terror against civilians is not strength. It's despair. We stand firmly with Ukraine, with further support on the way to reinforce its air defence systems," she added.

It should be noted that earlier today Russian forces launched a large-scale missile and drone attack on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, killing 2 people and injuring 56 others.
