Netanyahu says he discussed Iran with Trump

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he had spoken with US President Donald Trump about the memorandum of understanding on reopening the Strait of Hormuz.

Axar.az reports that Netanyahu shared the information on his X account.

“Last night, I spoke with President Trump about the memorandum of understanding on reopening the Strait of Hormuz and the upcoming negotiations on a final agreement regarding Iran’s nuclear program.

I expressed to President Trump my deep appreciation for his unwavering commitment to Israel’s security, including during the ‘Roar of the Lion’ and ‘Epic Fury’ operations, in which American and Israeli forces fought side by side,” the statement reads.
