Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in Britain for bilateral talks with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and a meeting in the “E3 plus Ukraine” format, which includes French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and the British Prime Minister.

Axar.az reports that according to a statement posted on Zelensky’s Telegram channel, preparations for the meetings have already been completed by the respective teams, with the focus now shifting to discussions at the leaders’ level.

Zelensky said the main topics will include Ukraine’s defence in the ongoing war, enhanced cooperation on European security—particularly in air defence—and shared approaches to diplomatic efforts. He stressed that Europe must be involved in negotiations and must remain strong.

A meeting with King Charles III is also scheduled for tomorrow.

The Ukrainian president expressed gratitude to the United Kingdom and international partners for taking concrete steps to strengthen Ukraine’s defence and increase pressure on Russia over its ongoing aggression.
