4.1 magnitude earthquake hits Turkiye

A magnitude 4.1 earthquake has struck the Marmaris district of Turkiye's Mugla province.

Axar.az reports that Turkiye's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) made an announcement.

The tremor was also felt in the Mediterranean Sea region.

The earthquake occurred at 10:10 a.m. local time at a depth of 73.68 kilometers.

No casualties or damage have been reported.
