Tbilisi has signed an agreement with Tel Aviv

The Georgian Armed Forces also intend to produce new weapons to enter the world arms market. For this purpose, a Georgian-Israeli joint venture will be established at the Delta military scientific and technical center under the Defense Ministry.

Axar.az reports that Georgian Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze and representatives of Israeli companies signed an agreement on cooperation.

According to the document, the joint venture, which will be equipped with modern equipment, will produce M-4 automatic weapons. In the future, the company plans to produce other weapons.

Georgia also intends to produce unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

The Minister said that UAVs will also be produced at the Delta Military Science and Technology Center.

The first UAVs are scheduled for delivery in 2022.
