Fidan: Erdogan may travel to Syria soon

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said President Recep Tayyip Erdogan may visit Syria in the near future.

Axar.az reports that Fidan made the remark at a joint press conference with his Syrian counterpart, Asaad al-Shaibani, in Damascus.

“Our president’s visit to Syria is planned for the near future. He has long wanted to make such a trip. We are working to create the conditions for this visit,” he said.
