UN resolution against Russia: 140 countries voted

The UN General Assembly has adopted an anti-Russian resolution on the humanitarian situation in Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that the resolution was supported by several countries, including the United States, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Georgia, Germany, Lithuania and Latvia. 140 countries voted in favor of the resolution, 38 abstained, and Belarus, Eritrea, North Korea, Russia and Syria.

The resolution says Russia must immediately cease military operations against Ukraine.
