I don't know how to prevent a possible shutdown of the US government on October 1.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by US President Joe Biden.

"If I had known, I would have done it a long time ago," said the head of the White House.

Note that Congress must pass a full or short-term budget for the country by the end of the current fiscal year, which ends on October 1, to prevent another shutdown. Passage of the budget has been hampered by disagreements between the administration and Congress over both volume and funding items.
