Ukraine has denied claims by Russian officials regarding the postponement of the prisoner exchange and the repatriation of bodies by Kyiv.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the Ukrainian Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War.

It was stated that Ukraine has submitted lists for the prisoner exchange to the other side:

“However, the Russian side sent lists that did not comply with the agreed procedures. Ukraine has communicated its position on this matter and is now awaiting Russia’s next step. There was an agreement on repatriation, but no specific date was set. Instead, Russia took unilateral actions that were not coordinated.”

It should be noted that the head of the Russian delegation, Vladimir Medinsky, had earlier claimed that Ukraine had postponed the prisoner exchange.
