The opening of the border between Armenia and Turkiye has a decisive meaning.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan at the conference on "New regional realities" and "Crossroads of Peace" ("Crossroads of the World") in Yerevan.

"We are cooperating and have agreed to open borders for citizens of third countries as well as holders of diplomatic passports. We hope that this significant step will bear fruit shortly," he said.
