The Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs recalled its ambassador to Iran for consultations.

Axar.az informs that the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported this.

"Today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iraq recalled its ambassador to Tehran, Nasir Abdul Mohsu, for consultations in connection with the death and injury of several people as a result of the latest Iranian attacks on Erbil," the information stated.

It should be noted that at night, the IRGC stated that they had struck the city of Erbil in the north of Iraq and several places in Syria with ballistic missiles. In the statement, it was claimed that the MOSSAD spy centre in the Kurdistan Autonomous Region in the north of Iraq was targeted. As a result of the attack, at least 4 people died and 6 people were injured.
