Trump picks Feinberg to be deputy defense secretary

The President-elect of the United States, Donald Trump, has nominated billionaire Stephen Feinberg for the position of Deputy Secretary of Defense.

Axar.az reports that Trump announced this on his "Truth Social" social media platform.

It should be noted that Feinberg is one of the founders and directors of the private investment firm "Cerberus Capital Management LP," which also invests in defense sector contractors.

Donald Trump has also nominated Pete Hegseth, a military operations veteran and former Fox News host, for the position of Secretary of Defense.
