Russian President Vladimir Putin came to the rally-concert organized on Red Square in connection with the 10th anniversary of the annexation of Crimea together with three other candidates who were rivals in the last presidential elections - Nikolai Kharitonov (Communist Party), Vladislav Davankov (New People) and Leonid Slutsky (RLDP).

Axar.az reports that Vladimir Putin said this in his speech on Red Square.

"I invited them to come to today's celebration. This was unexpected for them. We have different approaches to achieving national goals, but we have one Motherland," Putin said.

Putin sang the Russian national anthem with his election rivals and singer Grigory Leps.

Then he congratulated everyone on the anniversary of the annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol to Russia and gave the floor to Kharitonov, Davankov and Slutsky.
