The news of the death of Marwan Isa, the deputy commander of the Izzeddin al-Qassam Brigade, which is the military wing of Hamas, has been confirmed.

"Marwan Isa, the number three man in Hamas, was killed in an Israeli operation last week," he said.

The President of the United States and the Prime Minister of Israel held a telephone conversation on this issue for the first time in more than a month.

It should be noted that Marwan Isa, nicknamed "Shadow Man", was one of the three senior Hamas leaders who planned the attack on Israel on October 7 and led the military operations of Hamas. "Reuters" reported his death on March 12, but officials said an investigation was underway.
