Russia has no plans to block Telegram, but Pavel Durov should pay more attention to terrorist use of this resource.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the press secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov.

"We expected more attention from Pavel Durov. Because from a technological point of view, this unique and phenomenal resource, which has matured before the eyes of our generation, is increasingly becoming a tool in the hands of terrorists and is being used for terrorist purposes," he said.

It should be noted that the militants who carried out the terrorist act in "Crocus City Hall" were recruited through the "Voice of Khorasan" Telegram channel.
