Russia gained the upper hand on the front due to the weakness of the missiles, manpower and defensive line of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"The Russian military has taken advantage of the decline in the supply of Western ammunition and artillery to Kyiv, achieving small and continuous successes against this background. Ukraine's lack of reliable, multi-layered defence lines also allowed the Russian army to confidently advance along the 1,000-kilometer front line and seize smaller territories," the report said.
