The disappearance of Vladimir Putin will not lead to rapid changes in the attitude of Russian citizens to the world.

Axar.az reports that Kyrylo Budanov, head of the General Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, said this.

"Nothing will change quickly. With drastic changes in Russia, their attitude to the world, and worldview cannot drastically change. They have become victims of their propaganda," he said.

According to Budanov, Russian society is now conditioned to hate Ukraine and the "collective West":

"Someone even showed up now and said, 'You know, we're stopping!' even if everything stops, this hatred will have a serious impact on all decisions for many years."
