Georgia, Moldova and Serbia (EU candidate countries) did not join the decision to transfer the proceeds from the frozen assets of the Russian Federation to Kyiv.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell.

As a result, the EU summit failed to reach an agreement on the mechanism for the G7 to allocate $50 billion in loans to Ukraine using the proceeds from Russia's assets.
