A 5.8-magnitude earthquake was recorded off the coast of Peru.

Axar.az reports that the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center has released information about this.

It was reported that the epicenter of the earthquake was located 93 km southeast of the city of Akari, where 4,400 people live.

There are no reports of casualties or damage.
