On October 7, 2023, the family members of the Israelis who died in the attack of Hamas on Israel and 100 people who suffered from the incident sued Iran, North Korea and Syria.

They complained to the US court, saying that Iran, Syria, and North Korea provide financial and military support to Hamas, and filed a 4 billion dollar compensation case against those countries.

The complaint was filed July 1 by the Anti-Defamation League in federal court in Washington.

It should be noted that on October 7, 2023, 1,200 people were killed and 250 people were taken hostage as a result of Hamas's attack on Israel. Most of those killed are civilians.
