Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan may participate in the COP29 conference to be held in Baku in November.
Axar.az reports that "Hraparak" made a claim about this.
It was reported that after information about the possibility of signing peace or a peace-related framework agreement before COP29, Armenia's "pro-government propaganda apparatus" hints that Pashinyan may visit Baku.
Areg Kochinyan, conducting his analysis based on open documents and statements, did not rule out that Nikol Pashinyan may go to Baku in November to participate in the conference of participants of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. "I do not rule out that the signing of the agreement will take place within the framework of COP29. On the condition that when the prime minister of Armenia returns, he brings the prisoners of war held in Baku with him", the official government propagandist told the Armenian service of "Azadlig" radio. This statement gives reason not to exclude the possibility of behind-the-scenes negotiations regarding Pashinyan's possible visit to Baku," the article said.
