Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh was killed as a result of a bomb planted in his house.
Axar.az reports that "New York Times" published information about this with reference to two Iranian and one American source.
According to information, the bomb was placed in that house two months ago, and it was activated as soon as Haniya arrived there.
Abdullah Agar, a Turkish expert on terrorism and security, also suggested that the assassination may have been carried out with a bomb:
"One of the possibilities is a bomb. This is also evident from the collapse of the building. When we look at the footage of the building, we can see that a bomb was placed there. There is even an explosion image. There, it is possible to see that the explosion took place from the inside to the outside."
