The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) passed a censure motion against Iran, ordering it to immprove its cooperation with the agency and requesting a "comprehensive report" into Tehran's efforts early next year.

Axar.az reports that Iran and the IAEA and Tehran have clashed over several issues, including Iran's failure to account for traces of uranium found at two undeclared sites, its decision to bar some of the agency's top uranium-enrichment experts, and its refusal to allow expanded monitoring by the IAEA.
