Shoigu discusses cooperation with Afghan leaders

Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu visited Afghanistan on Monday and met with the country’s top leadership.

Axar.az reports that, citing TASS, during four rounds of negotiations, he discussed economic, transportation, and security issues with the deputy prime ministers and ministers.

"I would like to say that a lot has changed in Afghanistan since the government came to power, and today we had a number of meetings with the deputy prime ministers and ministers. We discussed cooperation in various fields, including economy, transportation, and security," Shoigu said.
