Russian President Vladimir Putin presented his Iranian counterpart, Masoud Pezeshkian, with a traditional Russian samovar and a painting depicting winter in Russia.

Axar.az reports that this was shared by journalist Pavel Zarubin on his Telegram channel.

“Mr. President, this is a memento of Russia and your visit. This is how Russia looks in winter,” Putin said to Pezeshkian, pointing to the painting. “And this is our traditional item—a samovar!”

The Iranian president smiled and noted that the word "samovar" is well-known in the Islamic Republic, thanking the Russian leader.
