Kyiv will participate in the negotiations on the settlement of the situation in Ukraine in one way or another, but there will also be a bilateral dialogue between Moscow and Washington.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov in an interview with Channel One.

“One way or another, of course, Ukraine will participate in the negotiations. There will also be a bilateral Russian-American track of this dialogue, and this will be associated with the participation of Ukraine,” he said when asked whether Ukraine would be considered a full-fledged participant in the negotiations.
