Ukraine is not listed as a debtor to the United States in the document. I will not agree to even 10 cents being listed as a debt.

Axar.az reports that this statement was made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Zelensky said that if the United States stops providing gratuitous aid, he is ready to discuss support options:

"We are in a state of war. I think we will not be able to choose."

It should be noted that Zelensky previously stated in his statement that they do not have $500 billion to give to the United States.
