Political scientist Kirill Molchanov was jointly kidnapped by the Ukrainian and Polish authorities. He lived in Stockholm and wrote critical articles about the Ukrainian regime. The Swedish authorities did not extradite him to Ukraine. He did not go to Ukraine - he was afraid. Then he was invited to give a speech in Berlin, but his plane ticket was taken via Warsaw. At the request of Ukraine, the Polish authorities detained him in the transit zone and handed him over to Ukraine two days later.

Axar.az reports that these comments were written by Russian political scientist Sergey Markov.

According to him, Molchanov is under the control of the Security Service of Ukraine and is under threat of torture:

“He is giving them some statements. Based on Molchanov’s statements, the Security Service of Ukraine has prepared a list of Ukrainian public figures whom it considers to be collaborating with Russia. The kidnapping of people at airports during transit flights is the next step in the process of forming a repressive regime in Europe. Democracy is being gradually dismantled in Europe.”
