19,800 prisoners will be pardoned in Turkiye.

Axar.az reports the Grand National Assembly of Turkiye has passed a decision on the matter.

It was reported that the decision will be published today in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

At the same time, officials from the Ministry of Justice will send the order to all correctional facilities, and its implementation will begin immediately.
