Berlin to expand army uder NATO goals

Germany will need 50,000 to 60,000 more active troops to meet NATO’s new defense targets.

Axar.az, citing Reuters, reports that German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced this.

Speaking ahead of a NATO meeting in Brussels, he also urged the alliance to clearly identify Russia as its greatest threat in the upcoming summit declaration.
