Participants in the Russia–Ukraine negotiations must first review the draft memorandums containing peace proposals exchanged between the sides, and only then agree on the timing of the next round of talks.

Axar.az reports this was stated at a briefing by Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.

"Obviously, some time will be needed to review the draft memorandums exchanged between the sides," the Kremlin representative noted.

Peskov added that only after reviewing the documents will the parties be able to agree on the timing of the next round of talks.
