US President Donald Trump has signed an executive order to lower US flags to half-staff in honor of the death of Pope Francis.

Axar.az reports that according to the executive order, flags will remain at half-staff until sunset on the day of the funeral in all public buildings and areas, military posts and seaports, federal government offices in the capital and throughout the United States, including embassies, missions, consular offices and other facilities of the country abroad.
