I think that in the next 10 days, two weeks, there is a real opportunity to improve the situation in Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said this while assessing the prospects of the Istanbul talks.

Rutte noted that the situation could improve as a result of the influence of President Volodymyr Zelensky and the US government, as well as that Turkiye could play a major role here.
