The third stage of the exchange of prisoners of war with Russia in the "1000 for 1000" format will take place tomorrow.

Axar.az reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in his evening address to the nation.

"Tomorrow is the third stage. We must release a thousand of our people in the next few days, but our task now is to release everyone detained in Russia," Zelensky stressed.

It should be noted that the prisoner exchange is currently underway under the Russian-Ukrainian agreements reached in Istanbul on May 16.
