I spoke to him (Vladimir Putin – ed.) the other day. He offered to mediate in the dialogue with Iran.

Axar.az reports that this statement was made by US President Donald Trump.

“And I said to him: ‘Do me a favor, you mediate in your case. Vladimir, let’s mediate between Russia and Ukraine first, and then you can worry about the situation around Iran,” Trump emphasized.

It should be noted that the telephone conversation between Trump and Putin took place on June 14. There is no official statement about the telephone conversation between the US and Russian leaders the other day.
