The Turkish Presidential Administration condemned the US strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities.

Axar.az reports that Fahrettin Altun, the head of the administration's Public Relations Department, wrote about this on his X account.

He said that the US air strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities and Israel's attack on Iran are a new step that will lead to chaos, not peace and stability, in the Middle East:

"Just as the process that began with the US military intervention in Iraq and Afghanistan led to more radicalization and terrorism in the world, there is a possibility that its attack on Iran will have similar results."

F. Altun added that if the US supports Israel's steps instead of stopping it, it will become even more difficult to ensure peace in the world:

"We call on the international community to unite around an acceptable option and to give priority to diplomacy for resolving regional and global problems. As Turkiye, under the leadership of Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, we will continue our political approach that maintains stability in the region and the world and promotes harmony between the East and the West."
